Recycling has always been a cause that deeply resonated with me. My passion was amplified after my first trip to Africa where I saw first-hand how far some people walk for access to a clean water source. It was truly eye opening. With this perspective also comes a sense of responsibility to educate those around me, even simply within my work community and friend groups. As a Graphic Designer with no sustainability background, I feel there is only so much I can do to combat these issues. What I can do, is use my branding and marketing expertise to bring light to charitable organizations and companies, or in this case, create one of my own.
Meet Pulito. We are an eco-friendly water bottle brand. We partner with charities like water.org to bring clean water to developing countries that don’t have access to it. That’s 844 million people who lack basic drinking water; 1 of every 10 people on the planet. Clean water shouldn’t be a privilege. It’s a necessity of life—and we’re happy to be able to help those in need. 15% of each bottle purchase goes directly to water.org to help these families sustain a healthy lifestyle. Staying true to our beliefs and brand, each bottle is made from 100% recycled materials. That means each purchase is a win for the environment and helps fund clean water for people all over the world.
